For businesses
Prove it's you on every call and email
Your customers can see that it's you. We don't guess whether a call, email, or text is real. We prove it. You keep your CRM and your email system, and your customers check it in a free app.

One solution, two sides
We solve impersonation on the channels we all use every day
Phone, email, and text are where your customers meet you, and where others pretend to be you. We've made ID-Truster easy for your company to integrate and use with the systems you already have. For your customers, we've built a free app that gives them certainty in seconds about who is contacting them by phone, email, or text.
Email and SMS
Let your customers trust email and SMS again
Anyone can put your name on an envelope. A trust code is like an agreed password between you and your customer, made new for every message. Your customer checks it in the free ID-Truster app and knows it came from you.

Phone calls
Calls that prove it's you
A voice on the phone can be copied. With ID-Truster, your call arrives with a business card in advance. Your customer sees in the app that you are about to call and picks up knowing who it is.

Brand protection
Protect your brand and your customers
When someone calls or writes pretending to be you, your customer pays the price first, and your brand pays it twice. ID-Truster gives your company a way to prove every contact. Calls and messages that cannot be verified stop passing as yours.
It works even when the customer has never heard from you before, because ID-Truster vouches for your identity at the source.

Between companies
Reduce the risk of espionage
Numbers can be spoofed and voices can be cloned from a few seconds of audio. When a colleague, auditor, bank, or supplier calls a company they have never spoken to before, neither number nor voice is proof anymore.
ID-Truster moves trust from the number and the voice to a verified sender identity, confirmed by push before or during the call. The same check works between companies with no prior relationship, and internally across offices and subsidiaries.

Trust at the source
Verified companies only
Anyone can claim a name. ID-Truster companies are verified before they can send anything: an activation letter goes to the company's registered address, the company's auditor confirms compliance with anti-money-laundering rules, and we make random physical spot checks.
That is why a checkmark in ID-Truster actually means something.

Integration and data
Your systems stay. Your data stays.
You keep your CRM, your email system, and your phone setup. ID-Truster is a layer on top, called from your own systems through our API. A ready-made Mailchimp integration exists today.
Trust codes are created and stored in your own ClientDB on your infrastructure. ID-Truster cannot see which or how many codes you create. The app checks your digital signature against a key in your own DNS, so a breach at ID-Truster alone cannot fake your messages.

Architecture
See what happens behind a call and a trust code
Pick a flow to see what happens, step by step.
Check a trust code
- Your newsletter goes out with a trust code made for this one recipient. It does not pass through ID-Truster.
- Your customer copies the code into the app and taps Check. The app sends it to Mother.
- The format of the code tells Mother which company made it. Mother holds it only for a few seconds.
- Your ClientDB calls Mother and picks up the code.
- ClientDB checks that the code was made for this exact customer and signs the answer.
- The signed answer goes back through Mother. The app picks it up.
- The app checks the signature against the Ed25519 key in your DNS. Then your customer answers three questions about the message. All in a few seconds.
Call a customer
- Your employee clicks Call in your CRM.
- Your ClientDB signs a message and sends it to Mother.
- Mother sends a push to your customer's app.
- The app checks the signature against the Ed25519 key in your DNS and shows who is about to call.
- Your customer taps Confirm.
- The confirmation goes back through Mother to your ClientDB and your CRM. Now your employee calls as usual.
Questions from companies
What is ID-Truster?
In a way, you could say that what MitID is for logging in, ID-Truster is for phone calls, email, and text messages.
MitID is a trademark of the Danish Agency for Digital Government. ID-Truster is not affiliated with MitID.
What does ID-Truster do for our company?
It lets your customers see that it's really you when you call, email, or text them. Your calls arrive with a heads-up in the app, and your emails and texts carry a trust code. We don't guess whether a contact is real. We prove it with a digital signature that only your company holds.
How is this different from spam filters or caller ID?
Spam filters use AI to guess whether a message is fake. Caller ID shows a number, and numbers can be spoofed. ID-Truster does not guess. Your customer sees a verified company in the app, checked against a key in your own DNS.
Do our customers need to download an app?
Yes, the free ID-Truster app. Customers without the app still get your calls, emails, and texts as usual. They just cannot check them.
Which channels does it cover?
Do we have to replace our CRM, phone system, or email system?
No. ID-Truster is a layer on top of the systems you already have, called through our API. A ready-made Mailchimp integration exists today.
Where is our data stored?
Trust codes are created and stored in your own ClientDB on your own infrastructure. ID-Truster cannot see which or how many codes you create.
How do we get started?
Start free in the sandbox, or talk to us about becoming a pilot customer. Every plan works right away inside your own company. To reach customers and partners, your company must be verified first.
What does it cost?
Who's behind ID-Truster
Kasper and Peter have each spent 30 years building user-friendly IT systems. They saw how trust in society became harder to hold on to when calls and messages can be faked. ID-Truster is built to bring digital peace of mind.

We are looking for pilot customers for our business solution
ID-Truster connects to your CRM and newsletter system. When you call customers or partners, they get a message on their phone showing that the call comes from you. And with a trust code in your emails, recipients can easily verify that the sender really is your company.
